Custom Kent LLC ("Custom Kent," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website customkent.com (the "Site") and provides custom apparel printing services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you contact us, request a quote, submit a design, or place an order, we collect the information you provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, billing address, the contents of your messages, and any artwork, logos, text, or files you submit for printing.

Payment information. When you pay for an order, your payment is processed by our payment processor (Shopify Payments and/or other providers). We do not store full payment card numbers. Payment processors collect and handle card data under their own privacy and security terms.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the Site. We use this to operate the Site, keep it secure, and understand how visitors use it.

Analytics and advertising technologies. We use or may use third-party analytics and advertising tools, including services such as Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel, to measure Site traffic, understand visitor behavior, and deliver and measure advertising. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the business:

  • Print and fulfillment partners. To produce and ship your order, we share necessary details (such as your shipping address, garment selection, and your submitted artwork) with our print-on-demand and fulfillment providers, including Printify and the print providers it routes orders to, and other print partners we may use.
  • Service providers. We share information with the vendors that power our business, including our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, email provider (Google/Gmail), and our analytics and advertising providers.
  • Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of others.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, sale, or transfer of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Customer-submitted artwork

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any logo, image, text, or design you submit for printing. We use your submitted artwork only to produce your order and create mockups, and we do not claim ownership of it. We may decline any artwork we believe infringes a third party's rights.

Cookies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functions (such as keeping your session and cart working), for analytics, and for advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how the Site works.

Your choices and rights
